Just look at Thor’s face. Look at it. It is rife with uncertainty. Thor is the confident brother. The chivalrous one. The bold and the brave. Loki is the reserved brother. The devious one. The intelligent and the cunning. But when they’re together, they are neither of those things. In fact, it’s like they leech off one another’s energy and become the exact opposite. Thor lets his guard down and shows his vulnerabilities and insecurities. Loki feels more confident and audacious.
